Terms Of Service
By commissioning me you agree to all of my TOS.
By commissioning me, the commissioner agrees to let me use any art created as a future example. If the commissioner would rather I didn't use the art as an example, please let me know when or before placing an order.
Updates and Timelines
Commissions may take up to two months for completion.
At the very minimum I will send one update during the commission; A sketch for approval before the final product. More updates may be sent at my discretion. The commissioner may request a update at any point during the commission.
In the case of quick commissions(to be finished in 48 hours or less) and miniature canvases(100x100 px or less) I will not send any sketches, the commissioner will only be sent the final piece.
Changes and Edits
Any changes are allowed during the sketch phase. After that, large changes may incur a fee.
If the commissioner chooses not to request a specific pose when placing your order I reserve the right to refuse complete sketch changes.
The commissioner may request small edits up to one month after the commission was completed. After that period of time, the file may be deleted, but you are still welcome to check.
The commissioner may not edit my work in any way after it is completed.
Payment
Payment for the commission is expected directly after order has been placed. I will not start until payment has been received. Payment will not be collected until a sketch has ben sent and approved unless for quick commissions which have no updates, then it will be accepted after the finished product has been sent to you.
All prices are in FPP(Furry Paws Points). Other methods of payment may be discussed with the artist before a commission is placed.
Cancelations
If I cancels the commission for any reason at any point, I will issue a full refund and send you any useable art.
If the commissioner cancels the commission any art will be kept by me. Refunds are as follows:
Before the sketch - 100% refund
After the sketch - 50% refund
After coloring has started - No refund
Designs
Designs by ChickenRibs can be revamped with original design credit going to the artist.
All designs by ChickenRibs can be bred, traded, or gifted.
All designs by ChickenRibs can be resold for FPP.
All designs by ChickenRibs cannot be resold for USD or any other real life currency.
ChickenRibs' designs cannot be sold for more than it's original purchase price plus the cost of additional art.
