By commissioning me, the commissioner agrees to let me use any art created as a future example. If the commissioner would rather I didn't use the art as an example, please let me know before placing an order.
Commissions may take up to six months for completion.
I will send a minimum of one update during the commission; A sketch for approval before the final product. More updates may be sent at my discretion. The commissioner may request an update at any point during the commission.
In the case of quick commissions(to be finished in 48 hours or less) and miniature canvases(100x100 px or less), I will not send any sketches, the commissioner will only be sent the final piece.
Any changes are allowed during the sketch phase. After that, changes may incur a fee.
If the commissioner chooses not to request a specific pose when placing your order I reserve the right to refuse sketch changes.
The commissioner may request small edits for a fee up to one month after the commission was completed. Large edits may be denied. After that period of time, the file may be deleted, but you are still welcome to check.
The commissioner may not edit my work in any way after it is completed.
Complete payment for the commission is expected up front. I will not start until the price has been paid in full.
All prices are in USD via paypal or FPP(Furry Paws Points). Other methods of payment may be discussed with me before a commission is placed.
If I cancel the commission for any reason at any point, I will issue a full refund and the commissioner will be given any useable art.
In the case of refunds where the commissioner receives an uncolored sketch or lineart, the commissioner, MUST ask before having it based, lined, or colored. Failure to do so will result in being blocked.
If the commissioner cancels the commission any art will be kept by me and repurposed. Refunds are as follows:
Before the sketch - 100% refund
After the sketch - 50% refund
After coloring has started - No refund

Anything hateful
If the commissioner wants me to draw a closed species character, a species sheet or webpage containing any pertinent information is required to be available for me to view during your commission.
