Terms Of Service
By commissioning me you agree to all of my TOS.
By commissioning the artist the commissioner agrees to let the artist use the art created as a future example. If the commissioner would rather the artist didn't use the art as an example please let the artist know when or before placing an order.
Updates and Timelines
Commissions may take up to two months for completion.
At the very minimum the artist will send update during the commission; A sketch for approval before the final product. More updates may be sent at the discretion of the artist. The commissioner may request a update at any point during the commission.
In the case of quick commissions(to be finished in 48 hours or less) and miniature canvases(100x100 px or less) the artist will not send any sketches, the commissioner will only be sent the final piece.
Payment
Payment for the commission is expected after order has been placed. The artist will not start until payment has been received. Payment will not be collected until a sketch has ben sent and approved unless for quick commissions which have no updates, then it will be accepted after the finished product has been sent to you.
All prices are in FPP(Furry Paws Points). Other methods of payment may be discussed with the artist before a commission is placed.
Cancelations
If the artist cancels the commission for any reason at any point the artist will issue a full refund and send you any useable art.
If the commissioner cancels the commission any art will be kept by the artist. Refunds are as follows:
Before the sketch - 100% refund
After the sketch - 50% refund
After coloring has started - No refund
Designs
Designs by the artist can be revamped with original design credit going to the artist.
All designs by the artist can be bred, traded, or gifted.
All designs by the artist can be resold for FPP.
All designs by the artist cannot be resold for USD or any other real life currency.
The artist's designs cannot be sold for more than it's original purchase price plus the cost of additional art.

Detailed Backgrounds
If the commissioner wants the artist to draw a closed species character, a species sheet or webpage containing any pertinent information is required to be available for the artist to view during your commission.
